The problem is, that the format in the Umbrello config file changed a little
bit between version 1.1.1 and current CVS. You have to delete your old
config file, you will find it under $HOME/.kde/share/config/umbrellorc.

You can also fix it, but this is more complicated.

So everybody trying to upgrade from 1.1.1 to current CVS (and 1.2) will run
into this problem.
