[Uml-user] compiling from cvs

Success getting through configure!   What I had to do was get kdelibs from the 
cvs, and then build that.  Take the kconfig_compilier and the dcopidlng and 
copy them them over to the /opt/kde3/bin directory.

I then was able to do a configure --prefix=/opt/kde3 on SuSE 9.0 using the 
kdesdk cvs.  So hopefully now the make will for umbrello!!!!!!
