I guess Jon menas something like... a Glosary  =))
in many books on UML they recomend to make a glosary with all terms, so that 
there are no misunderstandings later.
You can put pretty much anything there - example:

Customer: A customer is a natural or empresarial (dont know the english for 
that) person, that can use service XYZ. In order for a person to become a 
customer, his/its identity has to be verifed. Each customer gets a unique 
customer-number.

Car -reserved: A reserved car is a reserved automobil-type. It is NOT a 
specific, car, but only the quantitiy-based reservation of a unit from a set 
of cars having certain type

- those examples are from one book I have, but you get the idea?
This would mean that Umbrello should not only save diagrams, but also 
documents and tables .  All this --altough not part of the UML specs-- is 
important to fully document your modell.
