[Uml-user] compiler problem with QT version 2.3.1

This is an error by ./configure....

Ummm... i'm not autostuff wizard... but i think ./configure *does* find the 
QT, but it does not approve the version number... seems to be an error in
the configure.in...

I plan to have a look at it tommorow, if it is not fixed by then... looks 
rather trivial bug to me...
