[Uml-user] compiler problem with QT version 2.3.1

I've tried to compile UML Modeler but the configure script gives me 
following error :

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 2.2.2) (libraries) not 
found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.

However I hav QT version 2.3.1 installed as you can see:

# cd /usr/lib/qt2/include/
# grep QT_VERSION qglobal.h
#define QT_VERSION      231
#define QT_VERSION_STR  "2.3.1"

I'm not a QT specialist but I guess QT 2.3.1 should be good enough ?
