Thank you very much for reporting this issue. As I do not use the KDE neon
distribution, I tried to reproduce the problem using openSUSE Leap 16 and Qt
6.9 in a KDE-X11 session, but I did not observe any invisible dialog boxes—only
movable windows in the background that cannot be activated. 

In a KDE Wayland session on the same host, I can activate the properties window
for the selected message in the first case, but it does not accept any input.

An analysis of the cases revealed that all the mentioned dialogs are opened in
Modal mode (via QDialog::setModal(true) or by calling QDialog::exec()), meaning
the problem lies elsewhere. 

How can I reproduce the issue where the dialogs are invisible ?
