SUMMARY
Any tried key/mouse combination didn't work. It's not possible to move the
diagram horizontally for any use-cases, such as:
- Desire to focus on a given element
- Moving an element more right or more left behind the current diagram view
- Desire to make space for putting new elements onto the diagram

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a diagram in a zoom-level, which doesn't visual horizontal create
scrollbars 
2. Try to move the diagram around: it won't work

OBSERVED RESULT
The only way moving the diagram is using manually the horizontal scroll-bars,
which is not sufficient:
- PITA for hunting the bar with the mouse-pointer
- Scroll-bar not shown when not zoomed-in enough
- When trying to work with any more complex diagram is fully useless, as the
dragged element can't be placed behind the displayed view

EXPECTED RESULT
It must be possible to move the diagram as usual in any other CASE/diagram apps
using a way such as:
- ALT+zoom-pinching
- SHIFT+cursors
- dragging an element behind the current view-area borders (left/right/up/down)
