horizontal auto layout for state diagrams

For applying an auto layout similar to the layout on your screenshot you may
save this file into
"$HOME/.local/share/umbrello5/layouts/state-horizontal.desktop to get a
horizontal layout.

Adjustments to the file may improve the view.
