umbrello5 on a Windows 7 virtual box 5.22 guest on linux host from binary
factory prints out the following message:

OpenGL Warning: Assertion failed: g_pAvailableContexts[ctx->id] == ctx=0, file
D:\tinderbox\add-5.1\src\VBox\GuestHost\OpenGL\state_tracker\state_init.c, line
443
OpenGL Warning: freeing context 0000000003a10080, id(0) not being in the
context list
OpenGL Warning: State tracker is being re-initialized..

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download umbrello5 from
https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Umbrello_Nightly_win64/
2. unpack archive, enter 'bin' dir and run umbrello5

OBSERVED RESULT
The mentioned messages are displayed.

The mentioned message should not be shown
