17.08 has not been merged into master yet, but will be in short.

I did a research because to understand and to be able document how to build on
different opensuse versions aka. repositories. On opensuse normally one can run
'sudo zypper si umbrello' to have all development packages downloaded and
installed, but currently it is not easy to understand if this would create a
KDE4 of KF5 based build.

The result if this would be a KDE4 or KF5 based build depends on the repository
and not on the package name. 

zypper si umbrello -> (umbrello4 in 42.2)
zypper si umbrello -> (umbrello5 in 42.3)
zypper si umbrello5 -> (non standard umbrello5 build in 42.2 and 42.3)
