To be able to compile umbrello on Windows binary packages of the required KF5
libraries are required.

The major challenge here is to follow the rapid development process in term of
following updated versions, internal changes or added external dependencies.

Also in case cross library changes need to be implemented it is required to
talk to all related library maintainers, which may be blocked by different
maintainers perspectives.
