Fix 'Resize of sequence diagram messages is broken in horizontal orientation'.

class UMLWidget provides function minimumSize() to get
minimum widget size, which has not been overriden in
class MessageWidget.
FIXED-IN:2.18.2 (KDE Applications 15.12.2)
