kde4 supports a dedicated icon file name scheme to install icons in specific
locations like hi22-actions-myiconname-png, where 'actions' refers to a
dedicated action group. 
In the umbrello source tree there are icon files using an undefined icon group
named 'action'.
The macro kde4_install_icons catches this case  and map the type to 'actions'. 

In kf5 these mapping does not happens, which results into installing the
related icons in a wrong directory named 'action' which is not part of the xdg
icon theme specification.
