Normally umbrello icons has a aspect ratio of 1:1 e.g 16x16, 22x22, 32x32,
except the icon category.png, which has a size o  22x26, which results in a
vertical shrinked icon    

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open umbrello
2. add new entity relation diagram
3. add category to the diagram

Actual Results:  
The category icon in the tool bar and the tree view do not show a circle
compared to the original svg source because of the different icon aspect ratio.

Expected Results:  
The icons should show a circle.
