It would be nice to have a way to (re)import or reimport directories from
diagram packages or compoments which would reduce the need for selecting
directories through a file dialog. 
There are two use cases: 
A. 
1. Create a new project 
2. Add a component or package diagram 
3. Add component or package 
4. Set component or package path name attribute 
5. Right click on the package/component and select "Import" 
6. The directory will be (re)imported 
B 
1. Import project - this creates a component diagram with components/packages
and artifacts including the related path names 
2. Right click on a component/package and select "Import" 
3. The directory will be (re)imported

Definition clearing required: UML 2 component diagram contains
component/artifacts, while package diagram contains package/artifacts
