When working with large diagrams navigation is difficult and an overview is
missing.
Therefore as in most UML or graphic tools a bird's-eye view is needed.
It should be inside a dock window.

The current clipping region or drawing area should be shown on the overview.
Moving the representation of the clipping region should also move the drawing
area over the shown diagram.
