I just obtained permission to upload. It appears the bulk of the source
is Apache licensed, the lib part is GPLv3 licensed, according to the
author. I also pointed out he did not cite GPL anywhere in the source
code and he indicated this a "todo". So, I will copy the source code and
attach it as tar.gz file.
