Yikes, this sounds very wrong!
When using the "old" Java generator (JavaWriter) there should be no
JavaClassDeclarationBlock constructed at all. In fact only a JavaWriter object
should exist; none of the other classes of umbrello/codegenerators/java/ should
exist.
