When loading xmi files or drawing widgets there are out bound limits over which
no widget moving is allowed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start umbrello 
2. load a file
3. try to move a widget to the right side or left side
Actual Results:  
There are limits 

Expected Results:  
There should be no limit

This issue came from the former Q3Canvas implementation
