[Uml-devel] [patch] print preview with umbrello default print settings

Hi,

the appended patch implements an initial version of a print preview with 
umbrello default settings. I wrote "umbrello default printing settings" 
because there is currently no way to open a dialog containing class 
DiagramPrintPage, which would let the user specifiy diagramm printing 
settings.
