If a user defines an activity name and then tweaks some activity's name, that
operation isn't reverted through the undo feature.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) add activity to an activity diagram
2) change activity name
3) press undo

Actual Results:  
the previous action is reverted but the activity name is kept

Expected Results:  
revert the activity name instead.
