Ported CombinedFragmentWidget using TextItems.

Some improvements over previous version of this widget

1) The FloatingDashLineWidgets now moves around smoothly and obeys the
   constraints pretty well.

2) The one side rounded box for the CombinedFragmentWidget's type
   text( like Par, Alt, Ass..) now ensures that it covers the type
   text entirely. For example if the font size is increase, the box is
   recalculated to fit the text.
