[Uml-devel] isi-umbrello progress

I finally had a chance to look at the isi-umbrello branch.

The undo/redo stuff is excellent, it works fantastically.

The new functionality in the sequence diagrams is less reliable, I
can't seem to create Found Message and Lost Message. Precondition and
end of line work good. Combined fragment seems to crash when I try to
change text, this may just be an uninitialised name variable that is
trying to be used.

The new activity functionality seems to mostly work. I can't work
out how to use exceptions, and I had a crash in trying to change the
text in an object flow.

ervin was worried that the sequence diagram combined fragment should
be part of the model as well as being on the canvas. As far as I can
remember/make out from the code nothing in the sequence diagrams is in
the model, it's all just on the canvas so this isn't a problem.

The main thing to focus on now if lots of bug fixing. Making sure the
above issues are fixed, and if you have a chance fixing the numberous
problems created by the port to KDE 4: making the toolbars fit on a
1024 screen, fixing the margins around frames such as the
documentation, and bonus points for anyone who gets rid of the splash
screen, they aren't necessary any more.

Great work, keep it up.

Jonathan
