Types, namespaces and formatting fixes

-ignore own namespace in 'using'
-less indent if no namespace
-using #region for sections
-no newlines in parameter documentation
-available namespaces are cut from return, attribute and parameter types
-property's m_ private missed datatype

Some FIXME's are still in, I think some of them depends on the base system.
