In order to see this bug do the following:
1. Dubble klik on a class, so you get the properties window.2
2. Select operations
3. select new opteration (or a existing)
4. select new paramter
5. the first time fillin: type, name and inital value
6. select ok
7. check values by selecting properites (of the parameter you just created)
