It is perfectly ok to include Umbrello on your CD. Do not forget to also put
a copy of the licence there (the GPL licence), because this is required by
the licence. Also you must provide a link where the users can get the source
code. The easiest way would be to provide a link to Umbrello's homepage
(uml.sf.net).
