No, that's probably quite difficult and of course you need to find a
GPL'd version of Qt for Win32 which only half exists.

As a KDE application we get a lot of advantages.  I don't have any
need for a Qt only version but if someone did that with a bunch of
#ifdefs then we could probably include that in CVS.
