Fixed in cvs by following chekins:

parseEnumSpecifier(): Don't crash on anonymous enums.
  classparser/cpptree2uml.cpp 1.9

Skip anon enums. Create fake name for anon structs.
  classparser/cpptree2uml.h 1.5
  classparser/cpptree2uml.cpp 1.11
