If I add text to a new transition in the activity diagram, I cannot click and drag the text to reposition it.  If I save the diagram, close it, and reopen it, then I can click and drag the text.  The problem is very reproducible, to the point where I've resorted to creating all my transitions, labeling them, saving, then reloading so I can move them.
