I tried the following :
1- create a class named foo
2- try to create a second class also named foo
  => I get an error message : Name not unique
3- click OK
4- hit Esc key
  => I have 2 classes named foo !
5- try to delete the second one
  => crash

I believe that the step 4 should lead to cancelation of class creation.
