bug fix for associations: werent able to click to get menu on floating text widgets belonging to associations. Now fixed, required sorting through a number of issues including confused code over whether we were adding association via pasting or XMI load or user GUI creation, missing hooks to add floating text widgets to associations and missing hooks to add association floating text widgets to the umlview list of widgets available for clicking.
