Patch to fix loading of associations from older XMI save files.
Apparently the UMLAssociation needs to be created specially for
this type of load. I have tested this fix on a number of my older
files, but wider testing is desirable. Some *really* old files 
(more than a year) may still not load correctly. BTW, Im wondering
what the isInstance value should be. Apparently for cases I tested
(just class diagrams) the default values are OK. Oliver, please
review the patch.
