I think few of us understand the moc file handling.
Could you explain why these includemocs are needed.
(I am attaching a related posting of mine to uml-devel)

It turns out that the includemocs are perhaps not really required.
Instead, cd to the kdesdk directory, then:

sh ./admin/missing --run automake-1.7 --gnu \
   umbrello/umbrello/codegenerators/Makefile
perl admin/am_edit  umbrello/umbrello/codegenerators/Makefile.in
./config.status umbrello/umbrello/codegenerators/Makefile depfiles
