1. Renamed UMLListView::parentItem() to determineParentItem().
2. Bug 65450: Ah, I think I'm onto the Source of this Evil.
The UMLListView{Item} classes assume that moves are always within the
same column - which is not the case when dropping an object into a folder
or package.  For starters, we cannot use takeItem()/insertItem() in
UMLListView::slotDropped().  More changes to come...
