[Uml-devel] Updates in bug database

I've marked some bugs as wishes. I also changed the priority of some bugs to
low, this means they don't need to be fixed before 3.2 release. Some can't
be fixed without major code changes, so I marked them as low as well.

Nevertheless, there are so many bugs left, I don't know how we could ever
fix them before 3.2.
