The problem is in the attachements. The problem file is reg.xmi. Sorry, it 
contains Russian characters, but this is not essential.

Formerly, the layout was like the picture before.png. When I precisely 
adjusted the layout, I save it, then close Umbrello, and then again open the 
same file in it. The result is like the picture after.png.

This is really crytical problem: I can't use Umbrello, regularly.
