Brian Thomas found other bugs in C++ code generation, which he wants to fix soon:

1. Code editor has dead/broken buttons/menus, bugs in editing comments/method bodies.
2. C++ code generation not saving to XMI file (so edits arent saved).
3. C++ code generation interface settings GUI not hooked up properly (bugs).
