A quick glance at the .diff file seems to be OK.  It doesn't patch cleanly
against current CVS and I'm afraid I'm too busy revising today to update
it.  But if you've tested it and there's absolutly no problems then commit
it.

Am I right in thinking that this just removes the need for
AssociationWidgetData and doesn't do anything else.
