uml.cpp : Since the dialog pages are (for the moment) only used from within the uml-widgets plugin, for some reason they dont get linked by the build-process..
Use the pages so that they are linked... 
will remove this when I find out what's up with the linker (maybe an option -force or something like that?)

Makefile.am: add new files/directories (plugin)
