Operation and Atts list in classifier/class set to not autoDelete mode:
-> the refactoring assistant needs to be able to "take" (remove) an op or att from
one class without it being deleted (so it can be inserted into another class)

the deleteion of removed atts and ops is now in UMLDoc.

Added method getModelTypes - not yet used
