first real commitment of xmi parsing capabilities. what's in this commit:
	- on-demand metamodel loading based on XMI.metamodel tags
	- support for multiple metamodels in a single XMI document
	- xmi.id caching and limited pre-creation/configuration support
	- model plugin support for extent queries from xmi parser
	- actually adding the xmi plugin class
	- new base class for metamodel plugins (extended interface)
	- some build enviornment fixes
