no, please dont!
they are uic-generated files, true, but then they are "post-prosessed" by 
"makebase" in umbrello/dialogs directory, and since this doesnt happen 
automatically during the build process ( I couldn't figure out how to 
integrate that into the build system ) I added them to the repository.
