as Jonathan already said, you can find the documentation and the download 
instructions at the project's homepage.
Note that due to stylesheet-issues, the online doc will probably look good 
only in konqueror.. but the sources are available in DocBook format, so you 
can generate other formats. There is no hard-copy available if that is what 
you were looking for.
