what i've done with this check in:
	- uml std actions are globally accessible
	- added select box (data aware combo box)
	- added object collector concept (for use with select box)
	- added object operation concept (for use with select box)
	- added a compound widget for dealing with lists of objects
	- added attribute property page

todo:
	- alot of this stuff is basically prototype ui - especially the
	  object list view. some of the ideas are nice. the object
	  collectors and operations are particularly interesting
	- the property pages need to be completely rewritten. each
	  instantiable object should probably have all its attributes
	  on a single page. the other pages could be reserved for things
	  like attribute and operation lists.
	- the object list view needs alot of work.
