they haven't actually adopted the specification just yet. they only 
recommended the adoption of the superstructure, the infrastructure and the 
meta object facility.

changes that i know about are pretty much restricted to the organization of 
the data model. as far as effective changes in notation or structure, there 
probably won't be too many. oh. and XMI is totally different now, too - from 
what i remember seeing.
