Bug fixes and feature enhancements for writer. Fixes include
removing repeated method declarations, inconcistent indentation
on method bodies and most importantly, generation of fields and
the requistise methods from associations of the class with other
classes/interfaces. Enhancements include allowing initialization of
fields which are dervived from associations (where lists of objects
or single objects) and to allow for flexible initialization of vector 
methods.
