more fun with uml. in this checkin:
	- did good work with the model tree
	- can create packages, classes, attributes, operations, usecases
	  and actors.
	- implemented view filters. these basically just filter out part
	  of the tree. they're used to implement the logical view, use
	  case view etc. see menu: View->Model Views->...
	- fun with menus. actually got the Object menu to disable itself
	  when something isn't selected

up next:
	- create some more uml objects.
	- dialog design.
