In the xmi file are 3 or 4 lines to be changed and then there will be no
other warnings. But the file doesn't load at all. Umbrello crashes:

Any ideas? So now we have 2 problems. We have to find a way how to set the
correct encoding for old (version <= 1.1) files and we have to fix this
crash :-(
