Summary: KLocale warning upon startup

Initial Comment:
Upon starting, Umbrello says: 'WARNING: KLocale:  
trying to look up "" in catalogue.   
Fix the program'  
  
Also, the tip of the day box is empty (possibly related 
to this bug). 
 
I have only LANG=C set.
