[Uml-devel] quick mmgen update

i've spent the morning working on some of the dependencies for the generated 
MOF, UML code (#includes). i also generated a makefile for each package in a 
metamodel spec. not only can you generate all the metamodel code, you can 
compile it too (you'll have to fix the make file to get the includes right, 
though). oh. and it doesn't really compile - there's still alot of dependency 
issues. the uml-1.4/datatypes package compiles pretty well though. the 
package class and all the enums and structures (well, there are no 
structures, so just the enums).
